The audit log has reached the preset limit. This is not an error but an advisory message.

Suggested Actions:

Take one the following steps to resolve the error:

Decreasing the Period after Which the Program Creates a New Audit Log

Take the following steps to decrease the period to create a new audit log:

  1. Click File on the menu bar and select Setup, General, and Program Level to open the Program Level Setup window.
  2. Click Update.
  3. Verify that Activate Auditing is checked.
  4. Click Audit Options to open the Audit Options window.
  5. Enter a lower number of days in the Create new Audit File every box.
  6. Click OK to close the Audit Options window.
  7. Click OK to close the Program Level Setup window.

Disabling the Audit File

Take the following steps to disable the audit file:

  1. Click File on the menu bar and select Setup, General, and Program Level to open the Program Level Setup window.
  2. Click Update.
  3. Click to uncheck the Activate Auditing box.
  4. Click OK to close the Program Level Setup window.
