Could Not Access PCLaw Lawyer By ID. File May Be Locked By Another User.
PCLaw has detected data corruption in one of the following files and cannot complete the synchronization:
- Task Codes
- Explanation Codes
Take the following steps to run the Verify Data Integrity (VDI) utility to correct the data corruption:
- Verify that all users close PCLaw.
- Create a backup of PCLaw.
- Click Tools and select Verify Data Integrity to open the Verify Data Integrity window.
- Click to check the Lawyers, Task Codes, Explanation Codes etc box.
- Click OK to start the VDI utility.
