Problem Description:

PCLaw has detected data corruption in one of the following files and cannot complete the synchronization:

  • Lawyers
  • Task Codes
  • Explanation Codes

Suggested Action:

Take the following steps to run the Verify Data Integrity (VDI) utility to correct the data corruption:

  1. Verify that all users close PCLaw.
  2. Create a backup of PCLaw.
  3. Click Tools and select Verify Data Integrity to open the Verify Data Integrity window.
  4. Click to check the Lawyers, Task Codes, Explanation Codes etc box.
  5. Click OK to start the VDI utility.
