Previous Contacts are not being Transferred between Microsoft® Outlook and PCLaw
Problem Description:
Outlook contacts that have not been updated recently or contacts that you import into Outlook from another source do not transfer to PCLaw. Only new and recently updated contacts synchronize between PCLaw and Outlook.
Suggested Action:
Make a minor change in any of the contact fields in Outlook and synchronize again. For example, you can add a random letter at the end of your customers name in the Outlook contact name field and then save your changes. Remove the additional letter and then try synchronizing again.
