Problem Description:

Your internet web browser is blocking Active X controls from downloading payroll updates. You need to temporarily lower your web browser's Internet Security Settings.

Suggested Action:

Take the following steps to lower the Internet Security Settings for Microsoft® Internet Explorer:

  1. Click Tools and select Internet Options to open the Internet Options window.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Click Default Level in the Security Level for this Zone section.
  4. Use the slider bar to change your security level to Low.
  5. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

NOTE:

When you finish updating your payroll, you can change your Internet Security Settings back to their original setting.
