The List Of Lawyers In PCLaw Has More Lawyers Than The License Allows

Problem Description:

You have exceeded the number of lawyers allowed by your license key.

Suggested Action:

Take the following steps to remove lawyers from your license key:

  1. Click OK to open the Lawyers and Rates window.
    NOTE: The window lists the number of lawyers you need to remove.
  2. Click the lawyer you want to remove and click Remove.
  3. Click Yes to confirm you want to remove the lawyer and the program verifies the lawyer is not the Responsible or Assigned lawyer for any Matters.
    NOTE: If the lawyer is the Responsible or Assigned lawyer for any Matters, the Global Change Lawyers on Matters window opens for you to reassign the Matters to active lawyers.
  4. Continue to remove lawyers until you reach the number of lawyers allowed by your license key.
