Problem Description:

Either the PCLawSec.000 file is corrupt in the ntsf table or you adjusted server file locking components. PCLaw can no longer lock the sec file when the program opens.

Suggested Action:

Delete the PCLawSEC files or reboot the server to attempt to unlock the file.
