PCLaw Closes When You Try to Use Keyboard Arrows in Matter Manager

Problem Description

The condition results when you navigate out of any field other than the Matter field. Matter Manager is the only module affected. The issue is linked to Dynamic Link Library file.

Suggested Action

Upgrade to version 9.20b or higher.
