An order ID could not be generated. You may not be able to access the internet at this time or your account information may not be configured properly
Either Internet connectivity was interrupted while you were processing the transaction or the PPI Account token in PCLaw is incorrect.
Ensure that the computer is connected to the internet. If the transaction continues to fail, take the following actions to verify that the PPI Account Token is correctly entered in PCLaw.
- Select Bank Accounts from the Options / Lists drop-down menu.
- Click to highlight the bank account.
- Click Change.
- Click Configure Merchant Account.
- Verify that the PPI Account Token is correct as entered.
