Problem Description:

Reversing a transaction in the Register results in this error message when the original transaction had a Payment type other than Credit Card and then the Payment type was later changed to Credit Card. The PCLaw program is not reading the appended credit card type and is therefore not recognizing the transaction.

Suggested Action:

Upgrade to version 9.20a or higher.
