Changing the Status of Charges Using the BillFlow Manager

You can move charges in the BillFlow Manager using five separate Status options. These options are New, In Review, Do Not Bill, Skipped, and Ready To Bill. Each option moves the charges along in the billing process.


Changing the Status to In Review

Take the following steps to change the Status to In Review:

  1. Click Billing and select BillFlow Manager... to open the BillFlow Manager window.
  2. Select the BillFlow that you want to use from the BillFlow Name drop-down list.
  3. Click to check mark the items you want to change in the Sel box.
  4. Click the Summary tab.
  5. Select In Review from the Status drop-down list.
  6. Click the In Review tab to verify your Status change.

Changing the Status to Do Not Bill

Take the following steps to change the Status to Do Not Bill:

  1. Click Billing and select BillFlow Manager... to open the BillFlow Manager window.
  2. Select the BillFlow that you want to use from the BillFlow Name drop-down list.
  3. Click to check mark the items you want to change in the Sel box.
  4. Click the Summary tab.
  5. Select Do Not Bill from the Status drop-down list.
  6. Click the Do Not Bill tab to verify your Status change.

Changing the Status to Skipped

Take the following steps to change the Status to Skipped:

  1. Click Billing and select BillFlow Manager... to open the BillFlow Manager window.
  2. Select the BillFlow that you want to use from the BillFlow Name drop-down list.
  3. Click to check mark the items you want to change in the Sel box.
  4. Click the Summary tab.
  5. Select Skipped from the Status drop-down list.
  6. Click the Skipped tab to verify your Status change.

Changing the Status to Ready To Bill

Take the following steps to change the Status to Ready To Bill:

  1. Click Billing and select BillFlow Manager... to open the BillFlow Manager window.
  2. Select the BillFlow that you want to use from the BillFlow Name drop-down list.
  3. Click to check mark the items you want to change in the Sel box.
  4. Click the Summary tab.
  5. Select Ready To Bill from the Status drop-down list.
  6. Click the Ready To Bill tab to verify your Status change.
