The Opening Balances Tab is Missing in the Matter Manager

Problem Description:

The Opening Balances tab in the Matter Manager along with the Matter Opening Balances window, located under the Tools drop-down menu, are only available prior to the first month being closed in PCLaw.

Suggested Action:

To use the Opening Balances tab, you need to reopen all closed months and restart PCLaw.
