Use the Codes tab to pair the LexisNexis Total Practice^™ Event Codes with their respective Outlook Category. When synchronizing to Outlook, the Outlook category replaces the matched LexisNexis Total Practice Event Code. When synchronizing to LexisNexis Total Practice, the LexisNexis Total Practice Event Code replaces the matched Outlook Category.

Take the following steps to match a LexisNexis Total Practice Event Code with an Outlook category:

1. Click to highlight an Outlook category on the Outlook Category list.
2. Click to highlight the LexisNexis Total Practice Event code that you want to match with the Outlook category on the Event Classification list.
3. Click Match to match the category with the code.
   NOTE: The matched Outlook category shows on the Match list next to the matching code.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 to match the remaining categories and codes.
