Practice Advantage Event Changes are Updated in Outlook
Checked-- The synchronization updates Outlook with changes to the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage® Event database within the scope of the synchronization.
Unchecked-- The LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Outlook Synchronization does not update the Outlook Calendar.
Outlook Event Changes are Updated in Practice Advantage
Checked-- The synchronization updates the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage database with changes to the Outlook Calendar within the scope of the synchronization.
Unchecked-- Outlook does not update the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Event database.
Clear Outlook Calendar Before Synchronizing
Checked-- Prior to updating the Outlook database the synchronization process removes all previously synchronized records from the Outlook Calendar folder(s) from the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage software.
Unchecked-- The synchronization process does not remove any records from the Outlook Calendar folder prior to updating the Outlook database.
Skip Practice Advantage or Outlook Records Marked "Private"
Checked-- The synchronization does not process records marked as Private in Outlook or the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage software.
Unchecked-- The synchronization processes records marked as Private in both databases.
Include LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Staff field in Outlook subject field
Checked-- Adds the staff assigned to the Event to the appointment subject field in Outlook.
Unchecked-- Does not add the assigned staff to the appointment subject field in Outlook.
Include Practice Advantage Matter and Client Reference fields in Outlook Notes field
Checked-- Adds the Matter and Client fields to the Notes section of an appointment. If related to the Event a Matter or Client then that information populates this section.
Unchecked-- Does not add the Matter and Client fields to the Notes section of an appointment.
Specify Staff to Synchronize
Establishes the scope of the Event database synchronization to include ALL or ONLY the selected Staff member(s). You can select a Staff member(s) to include in the scope.
Synchronize Databases for all Staff
Does not limit the Staff scope of the Event synchronization. The synchronization synchronizes records for all Staff members.
Synchronize only the following Staff
Limits the scope of the Event synchronization to the Staff member you select from the Staff drop-down list.
