Setting Up QuickBooks to Allow the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Software to Automatically Login

Take the following steps to set up QuickBooks to allow the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Software to automatically login:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Click Edit on the menu bar and select Preferences to open the Preferences window.
  3. Click Integrated Applications.
  4. Click the Company Preferences tab.
  5. Click Properties to open the Properties - Practice Advantage window.
  6. Click to check the Allow this application to login automatically box.
  7. Select a QuickBooks user to use with the link from the Login as drop-down list.
  8. Click OK to close the Properties - Practice Advantage window.
  9. Click OK to close the Preferences window.
