The LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage^™ software can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook so that you can view LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Contacts, Events and ToDo's in Outlook as Contacts, Calendar items and Tasks. Outlook items can also come into the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage software, depending on the selected set up options. This is a separate process from setting up the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage software to send and receive Outlook email, or use PA Connect to save Outlook email to the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage software.

Setting up the Microsoft Outlook Synchronization consists of the following parts:

• Verify your version of Outlook is compatible with your version of the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage software
• Set up the synchronization with Microsoft Outlook.

After the initial set up, you can run a synchronization with Microsoft Outlook. If you want to change the synchronization options, set up the synchronization with Microsoft Outlook again.
