Activating Incoming Call Processing

Take the following steps to activate incoming call processing:

  1. Click File on the menu bar and select Setup, General, and User Level to open the User Level Setup window.
  2. Click Phone.
  3. Click to check the Activate Incoming Call Processing box.
  4. Click OK to close the User Level Setup window.
