Time Matters version 11 and 12

We provide technical support for Time Matters version 11 and 12 with Terminal Server.

We tested and provide Technical Support for Time Matters version 11 and 12 and Terminal Server with the following products:

  • Microsoft Office 2010
  • HotDocs
  • Juris 2.5

We did not test and do not provide Technical Support for the following billing links with Time Matters version 11 and 12 and Terminal Server:

  • PCLaw
  • QuickBooks
  • Tabs3
  • TimeSlips
Any new Terminal Server issues or problems found by us or our customers will be addressed in future releases of Time Matters.

We tested Time Matters versions 11 and 12 with Terminal Server on Windows Server 2008 R2.

 

Time Matters version 10 and lower

We did not test Time Matters version 10 or lower with Terminal Server. We do not provide technical support for Time Matters version 10 or lower for any issues that we cannot recreate outside of the Terminal Server environment.

 


NOTE:

Time Matters products are not thin client applications and require additional memory when you run the products on the server. You might need to purchase multiple servers to distribute the users to balance memory load. Remote technology requires specialized technical resources to install and configure. If you have difficulties with the setup, contact a Certified Independent Consultant (CIC) for this expertise or contact the vendor for additional support.
