Problem Description:

The Microsoft® Outlook's security feature is blocking synchronization.

Suggested Action:

Take the following steps to enable extended Outlook features in PCLaw:

  1. Verify that all Microsoft applications are closed.
  2. Click Options and select Connection Settings to open the Connection Settings window.
  3. Click the Outlook tab.
  4. Click to check the Use Extended Outlook Features.
  5. Click OK.
