Reopening Months

Take the following steps to reopen months:

  1. Make a backup of the program.
  2. Click G/L and select Re-Open Month... to open the Re-Open Month window.
  3. Enter the number of months you need to reopen in the Number of months to re-open box.
  4. Click OK to reopen your months.

NOTE:

Customer Support suggests that you do not reopen more than 12 months.
