Using the Date Calculator

Use the Date Calculator to add due dates and reminder dates to an event. You can choose a date or you can calculate a date based on criteria you choose.

Choose Date

Take the following steps to use the Date Calculator:

  1. Select Choose Date in the Date Calculator window.
  2. Click to select the Date.
  3. Click OK to save your date selection.

Calculate

Take the following steps to use the Date Calculator:

  1. Select Calculate in the Date Calculator window.
  2. Enter a number between 1 and 999 in the first box.
  3. Select one of the following options from the drop-down list:
    • Business days
    • Calendar days
    • Weeks
    • Months
    • Quarters
    • Years
  4. Select one of the following options from the drop-down list to indicate when you want the reminder to occur in relation to the selected date:
    • Before
    • After
    • Between
  5. Select the Date if the target date is different than the current event date.
  6. Select one of the following options If the Calcualted Date falls on a Weekend ot Holiday:
    • Next business day
    • Previous business day
    • Do not change
  7. Click Show Me... to calculate the new date using your selections.
  8. Click OK to save your date selection.
