Using the Date Calculator
Use the Date Calculator to add due dates and reminder dates to an event. You can choose a date or you can calculate a date based on criteria you choose.
Choose Date
Take the following steps to use the Date Calculator:
- Select Choose Date in the Date Calculator window.
- Click to select the Date.
- Click OK to save your date selection.

Calculate
Take the following steps to use the Date Calculator:
- Select Calculate in the Date Calculator window.
- Enter a number between 1 and 999 in the first box.
- Select one of the following options from the drop-down list:
- Business days
- Calendar days
- Weeks
- Months
- Quarters
- Years
- Select one of the following options from the drop-down list to indicate when you want the reminder to occur in relation to the selected date:
- Before
- After
- Between
- Select the Date if the target date is different than the current event date.
- Select one of the following options If the Calcualted Date falls on a Weekend ot Holiday:
- Next business day
- Previous business day
- Do not change
- Click Show Me... to calculate the new date using your selections.
- Click OK to save your date selection.
