Financial Statements - Other Tab Report Options

The Other Tab on the (General Ledger) Statements window provides additional report options for selecting and showing G/L accounts, ordering entries on the statements, and consolidating your statements for with an additional set of PCLaw books.

G/L Account Selection Options

The Other Tab provides the following G/L Account Selection options:

  • Print Zero Balance Accounts - shows G/L accounts on the statement even when the net of debits and credits equal zero
  • Department filter
  • Category filter
  • Cost Center filter

Display Options

The Other Tab provides the following Display options:

  • Show Sub Accts - hides the totals for the Parent Accounts and only shows the individual Sub Accounts
  • Show Parent Accts - lists only the Parent Accounts and hides the totals for the individual Sub Accounts
  • Show Parent and Sub Accts - lists the Parent Accounts and Sub Accounts for each Parent Account
  • Date Order - lists entries by the transaction date
  • Oder Entered - lists entries by PCLaw Entry Number

Consolidated Statement Options

The Other Tab provides the following Consolidated Statements options:

  • Run Consolidated Statements - enables the Consolidated Statement
  • Select the set of books - lists the file name and path for any additional PCLaw books from which you can pull G/L information to consolidate with the books you are currently running
  • Username - enter the Username for the books you want to consolidate with the books you are currently running
  • Password - enter the password for Username that you enter in the Username box

NOTE:

You can only run Consolidated Statements if you have more than one set of PCLaw books.
