Firm Totals for Client Trust Ledger Displays Incorrect Bank Account Balances

Problem Description:

This issue occurs in firms with multiple trust bank accounts. If one bank account has activity but a zero balance, the account is listed on the report but does not display a zero balance, nor does it employ a value that acts as a place holder in the Firm Totals summary table. Instead all account balances move up by one line. The account displays the non-zero balance of the bank account listed below it with all succeeding accounts affected similarly.

NOTE:

This is a reporting issue only and has no affect on the integrity of the bank account.

 

Suggested Action:

Upgrade to version 9.20a or higher.
