Some Tabs in the Register and Matter Manager Are Not Available

Problem Description:

You do not have rights to the reports that the tabs in the Register and Matter Manager feature simulate, so you do not have rights to view those tabs in the Register and the Matter Manager feature.

If you do not have view rights to the following reports, the program removes the corresponding tabs in the Register and the Matter Manager:

  • Trust Bank Journal
  • Billing (Fees) Journal
  • Client Ledger
  • General Bank
  • Time Listing
  • Client Summary
  • List of Clients
  • Payable Listing

Suggested Action:

Contact your PCLaw Admin or Bookkeeper for assistance with changing your user rights.
