Printer FriendlyCredit Card Entries are Ignored on Deposit Slips
Problem Description:
When the option Ignore Direct Deposit, EFT, Credit Card, and Reversal Transactions is not checked on the Deposit Slips Select Account window, you can only add direct deposit and wire transfers to the deposit slip for the selected bank account. The Mark Items - Create Deposit Slips window, that displays when you click OK, does not list credit card entries posted to the account.
As a related condition, when you change a deposit slip, all three payment types are ignored, so wire transfers and direct deposits already on the deposit slip are not listed on the Change Deposit Slips window.
Both conditions are developmental issues associated with the new payment types.
Suggested Action:
Upgrade to version 9.20a or higher.
