Negative Expense Recovery Displayed on Hard and Soft Cost Analysis

Problem Description:

A negative expense recovery entry (soft cost) is displayed on the Hard and Soft Costs Analysis when a hard cost is written down at the time of billing.

The issue exists when the invoice is comprised only of hard costs, and these costs are written down to zero.

Suggested Action:

Upgrade to version 9.01c or higher.
