QuickBooks Link Overview

In the new PCLaw® Version 11, you can integrate your PCLaw accounting data with QuickBooks Version 9, 10 or 11 Pro or Premier Edition using the PCLaw QuickBooks link. The PCLaw QuickBooks link allows PCLaw data to be imported into QuickBooks, therefore allowing you to manage your business and keep your bookkeeping and accounting systems in order without duplicating efforts by manually entering data in both systems.

The PCLaw QuickBooks link allows you to export PCLaw month-end G/L balances into QuickBooks.

    The type of PCLaw entries that transfer during an import:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Billing and Payments
    • Checks and Receipts
    • General Journal
    • Time and Expense
    • Trust

    NOTE: This feature should only be used by Non-Canadian customers. You must have QuickBooks Version 9, 10 or 11 Pro or Premier Edition.
