Error - write to DB failed
You are unable to log in to the PCLaw program because your User ID is corrupt.
Take the following steps to remove a User ID:
- Sign into the program with the ADMIN ID.
- Click Options, select Administrator, and Security... to open the Security Setup window.
- Click the Users tab.
- Select the corrupt User ID in the User field.
- Click the Remove button.
NOTE: Create a new User ID after you remove the corrupt User ID.
