Problem Description:

You are unable to log in to the PCLaw program because your User ID is corrupt.

Suggested Action:

Take the following steps to remove a User ID:

  1. Sign into the program with the ADMIN ID.
  2. Click Options, select Administrator, and Security... to open the Security Setup window.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. Select the corrupt User ID in the User field.
  5. Click the Remove button.
    NOTE: Create a new User ID after you remove the corrupt User ID.
