Common Reports that Do Not Reconcile to the Comparative Time Analysis

The Time Summary does not reconcile to the Client Ledger or Client Summary, because these reports include changes to fees after the time of billing. The Client Summary lists entries for all matters for which the Working Lawyer enters time, but the Time Summary includes all lawyers in the matter totals.

The Time Summary does not reconcile to the Work-in-Progress and WIP Summary by Responsible Lawyer reports because the Time Summary includes billed time.

The Time Summary does not reconcile to the time value on the Client Fees Listing because the Client Fees Listing includes changes to fees after of billing.

The Time Summary does not reconcile to the time value on the Time Utilization Analysis because this report does not include non-billable work.

The Time Summary does not reconcile to the time value on the Billing by Lawyer report for billed time because the Time Summary summarizes information by Working Lawyer and the Billing by Lawyer summarizes information by Collecting Lawyer.

Split Bill Fee Transfers appear on the Lawyer WIP, Billing, & Collection Summary and the Client Fees Listing, but do not appear on the Time Summary. Split Bill Fee Transfer entries add up to zero.
