Reconciling the Appointment Listing

The entries on the Appointment Listing report contain non-accounting information. Appointments and to do's listed on the Appointment Listing are visible on the Appointment Schedule. You must run both reports with the same settings for the events to match. The Appointment Schedule may exclude information due to limitations of space.
