Using Live Update

You can use the Live Update feature to update PCLaw to the most recent release of your version.

Take the following steps to use the Live Update feature:

  1. Verify that all users except the Admin close the program.
  2. Backup your PCLaw data.
  3. Click Help and select Live Update from Web to open the PCLaw Update Center.
  4. Click Install if you receive the Do you want to install this software? prompt.
  5. Click Check for update.
  6. Click Add in the Recommended Updates box for any updates that you want to install.
  7. Click Review Selected Updates.
  8. Click Download and Install to download the update(s).
