Support Life Cycle
We provide technical support for the current version of the PCLaw® software as well as the 2 immediate prior versions.
Support is available for these versions through our PCLaw Annual Maintenance Plan subscription that includes phone-based support, new software releases and service packs, access to the PCLaw Mobility Services (for customers using PCLaw 11 and higher), and web based Anytime Training courses.
If you have a current PCLaw Annual Maintenance Plan subscription, we assist with upgrading from older versions of PCLaw to a currently supported version. We strongly encourage you to regularly upgrade to the most recent version of the PCLaw software to take advantage of new features and enhancements as well as continue to keep your software running smoothly.
