Take the following steps to change your PCLaw firm type:

1. Download one of the PDF documents that applies to the PCLaw Firm Type change you want to request:
• Changing from Corporation to Partnership
• Changing from Partnership to Corporation
2. Complete the setup instructions listed in the PDF document.
   NOTE: You must complete the setup instructions before you continue to the next step.
3. Open the form and enter your firm's information or copy the text into your word processor.
4. Enter your firm's information and print the form on your firm's letterhead.
5. Have the owner or one of the partners of the firm sign the letter.
6. Fax the document to 866-960-3589.
   NOTE: Please note the time you send the fax for future reference.
7. Contact PCLaw Customer Support to obtain a request ticket number.
