Use the Change Accounting Start Date request form to change the start date of your firm's PCLaw books.

Take the following steps to change your PCLaw accounting start date:

1. Open the form and enter your firm's information or copy the text into your word processor.
2. Enter your firm's information and print the form on your firm's letterhead.
3. Have the owner or one of the partners of the firm sign the letter.
4. Fax the document to 866-960-3589.
   NOTE: Please note the time you send the fax for future reference.
5. Contact PCLaw Customer Support to obtain a request ticket number.
