Searching for PDFs on the Support Center

When you search for PDFs on the Support Center Site, it's important to keep the following points in mind:

• The Support Center search engine searches all available Support Center pages for the search terms you enter. Consequently, it returns any article that mentions your terms, not just those pages that provide a link to the PDF.
• Search results are returned in relevance order; including the term PDF helps ensure that articles containing a link to the PDF appear higher in your search results list.
• Because the PDFs themselves are not searchable, your search results will contain the article title for the category page under which the PDF is indexed and NOT the actual name of the PDF. For example, the search GST Journal returns Reports - PDF Index.
• The Total Practice Solutions Support Center does not offer the search feature, if you want to search for a PDF, visit the Support Center site for the particular version of the PCLaw program you use.
