Entering Nickname in Renumber Matter/Client Produces No Results

Problem Description:

When you renumber a matter or client, nothing happens when a matter or client nickname is entered into the Matter box. The nickname is invalid, however, no message or Pop Up Help is produced.

Suggested Action:

Confirm the matter or client nickname or select from Pop Up Help.

Upgrade to Version 9.01b or higher. You can use Live Update to find the most recent release of your version.
