Work-in-Progress - Other Tab Report Options

Include Options

The Other tab provides the following Include options:

  • Time and Fees - lists time and fee entries
  • Non-Billable Time Entries tab
  • Never Bill Time Entries tab
  • Billed Only - list only entries that appear on an invoice
  • Disbs - lists client costs (expense recoveries and general checks [cheques])
  • Receipts - lists payments and general retainers

The Other tab provides the following report options and filters:

  • Age From
  • Working Lawyer filter
  • Bill Frequency filter

Summarize By Options

The Other tab provides the following Summarize By options:

  • Working Lawyer - does not appear when you select Firm Totals Only
  • Responsible Lawyer
  • Client Introducing Lawyer tab
  • Matter Introducing Lawyer - only available in PCLawPro

Include only Matters with

The Other tab provides the following Include only Matters with options:

  • Negative Unbilled Disb Balance - select to include only matters with a negative unbilled disbursements total
  • Entries Older Than - enter number of days
  • Include Contingency Matters - check to include both contingency and non-contingency matters

Ignore Matter if

The Other tab also provides the following Ignore Matter if filters:

  • Fees Less Than
  • Disbursements Less Than
  • Charges Less Than

Show Unbilled Entries

The Other tab provides the following Show Unbilled Entries options:

  • As at End Date-shows unbilled entries as of the end date chosen in the Common tab
  • As at-shows unbilled entries as of the date that you choose in the selection box
    NOTE: The Show Unbilled Entries feature is only available in PCLaw version 10 and above.
