Mass Deleting Old Phone Call Records

1. Select Purge Calendar Entries from the Tools drop-down menu.
2. Check the Phone Calls checkbox in the Include area.
3. Uncheck the Include Appointments, To Do's and Notes checkboxes if any of these are checked.
4. Enter filter criteria into the other fields as desired to limit which entries are purged.
5. Click OK to purge the entries.
6. Click OK to confirm the purge.
