The following screen elements exist on the Edit User Level Quick Tab window Filter and Sort tab:

Set Record Filter
Use Saved Search
If you select Use Saved Search, select the saved search that you want to use from the Default Filter drop-down list.
Use Saved Tags
If you select Use Saved Tags, select the saved tags list that you want to use from the Saved Tags List drop-down list.
Use Custom Search
If you select Use Custom Search, click Combined or Advanced and configure the custom search.
Record Sort
Select the data field that you want to use for the sort from the Record Sort drop-down list.
Select one of the following sort order options:

- Ascending-- The program sorts the list in ascending order when you select this Quick Tab.
- Descending-- The program sorts the list in descending order when you select this Quick Tab.
