Removing LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Data from a BlackBerry

Take the following steps to remove LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage data from your BlackBerry®:

  1. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer.
  2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager®.
  3. Click Backup and Restore to open the Backup and Restore window.
  4. Click Advanced to open the Backup -[Date] - Backup / Restore window.
  5. Select the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage application that you want to clear from the Device Databases list.
  6. Click Clear to open the Warning window.
  7. Click OK to remove all data from the selected LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage application and close the Warning window.
  8. Select other LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage applications and clear the data.
  9. Click Close to close the Backup -[Date] - Backup / Restore window.
  10. Click Close to close the Backup and Restore window.
  11. Click X to close the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

NOTE:

This does not remove the LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage applications from the BlackBerry.
