Adding and Deleting Records from the Day File


Adding a Record to the Day File

Take the following steps to add a record to the Day File:

  1. Open the record list for the record you want to add to the Day File.
    NOTE: If you do not know how to open the record list, contact Customer Support.
  2. Click to check the Record box you want to add.
  3. Click Process on the Record toolbar and select Show on Day File.
  4. Click OK at the Tagged Records have been placed on the Day File prompt.

Deleting a Record from the Day File

Take the following steps to delete a record from the Day File:

  1. Click Calendar on the menu bar and select Day File to open the Day File window.
  2. Click to highlight the record you want to delete from the Day File.
  3. Click Delete Icon.
  4. Select either Remove from Day File but Keep in Database or Delete this Record from Day File & Database.
  5. Click OK to close the Delete from Day File window.
