Determining Whether a User Can End a Record Review

Take the following steps to verify that you have the rights to end a Record Review:

  1. Open the record under review.
    NOTE: If you do not know how to open the record, contact Customer Support.
  2. Click Record Review on the record toolbar to open the Record Review window.
  3. Click Setup on the Record Review toolbar to display the Setup section.
  4. Verify that the End checkbox under the Review column is checked for your user ID.
  5. Click Save & Close to close the Record Review window.
  6. Click Save & Close to close the record.
