Take the following steps to disable Billing Matters to enable linking to a third party billing application:

1. Create a backup.
2. Click File on the menu bar and select Setup, General, and Program Level to open the Program Level Setup window.
3. Click Billing.
4. Click to uncheck the Activate Billing box.
5. Click OK to close the Program Level Setup window and open the Program Settings Change window.
   NOTE: You must restart the program in order for the change to take effect.
6. Click Yes to close the program.
