Assigning Rate Tables to Staff
Use Rate Tables to set billing rate levels for Contacts or Matters.
Take the following steps to assign a Rate Table to Staff:
- Click Database on the menu bar and select Staff to open the Staff Resource List window.
- Double-click the staff you want to associate to the Rate Table to open the Staff Form window.
- Click the Options tab.
- Select Use Rate Table.
- Click next to the Rate Table drop-down list to open the Rate Tables window.
- Double-click the Rate Table you want to associate with the staff.
- Click OK to return to the Staff Resource List window.
- Click Close to exit the Staff Resource List window.
