The following screen elements exist on the Edit User Level Quick Tab window General tab:
Option:
Description:
Name
Enter a name for the Quick Tab on the Name field
Show on Main List
The Quick Tab is available on the main list.
The program automatically populates the Name field with the value from the Name field at the top of the window.
Show on Menu
The Quick Tab is available on the menu.
The program automatically populates the Name field with the value from the Name field at the top of the window.
Show on Sublist
The Quick Tab is available on sublists.
The program automatically populates the Name field with the value from the Name field at the top of the window.
Show Power View
The Quick Tab displays the Power View you select by default.
Click the drop-down list next to Show Power View and select the Power View that you want to use.
Vertical Grid Lines
Vertical grid lines separate the columns or fields.
Click to uncheck the Vertical Grid Lines box if you do not want to show them on the list.
Horizontal Grid Lines
Horizontal grid lines separate rows or records.
Click to uncheck the Horizontal Grid Lines box if you do not want to show them on the list.
Show Code Description
The program shows the code description on the Quick Tab.
Show Staff Name
The program shows the staff name on the Quick Tab.
Show Color Lines
Click Color to open the Select Line Color window, select a color and click OK.
Customize List Font
Click Set Font to open the Select Font List window, select a Font, Font Style, and Size, and click OK.
