Previewing Messages

You can preview your messages using the Power View. You can also view them as a list.

Turning On Power Views for Messages

Take the following steps to turn on the Power View:

  1. Click View on the menu bar and select Messenger Window to open the PA Messenger window.
  2. Click View on the PA Messenger menu bar and select Power View and either Bottom or Side.

NOTE:

PA Messenger displays, on the right or bottom, the message text and an outline of a record for messages that contain an embedded record.

Turning Off Power Views for Messages

Take the following steps to turn off the Power View:

  1. Click View on the menu bar and select Messenger Window to open the PA Messenger window.
  2. Click View on the PA Messenger menu bar and select Power View and None.

NOTE:

The list view of PA Messenger does not display the outline of a record for messages that contain an embedded record. The outline is only available in the Power View.
