Managing Contact Records
You can edit and delete Contact records from the Contact List.
Changing, Editing, or Modifying an Existing Contact
Take the following steps to change, edit, or modify an existing Contact:
- Click Database on the menu bar and select Contact List and All Contacts to open the Contact List window.
- Click to check the Contact you want to edit.
- Click
on the Contact List toolbar to open the Contact Form - Change window. - Edit the contact.
- Click Save & Close to close the Contact Form - Change window.

Deleting an Existing Contact
- Click Database on the menu bar and select Contact List and All Contacts to open the Contact List window.
- Click to check the Contact you want to delete.
- Click
on the Contact List toolbar. - Click Yes at the Are you sure you want to Delete this record? prompt.
