Records Are Missing from the Alerts, Reminders, and Watches Screen

Problem Description:

The record may not meet the criteria required for it to appear on Alerts, Reminders, and Watches.

Suggested Actions:

Check the record for one the following:

  • Verify that the Record Date matches the Date listed in the < and Reminders,> window and the Record Type is set to Viewable
  • Verify that the Record is past due
  • Verify that the Record has a Reminder set
  • Verify that the you checked the Alert check box in the Record
  • Verify that the recipient has accepted the Alert
  • Verify that the Record meets the Inactivity Watch Criteria
