Please Open Time Matters

Problem Description:

This error occurs because the Time Matters® macros are still on your computer. This happens when you upgrade from Time Matters software to LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage™ software.

Suggested Actions:

Take the following steps to replace the macro files:

  1. Open Microsoft Word 2003.
  2. Click Tools on the menu bar, and select Macros and Security to open the Security window.
  3. Select Medium on the Security Level tab.
  4. Click OK to close the Security window.
  5. Close Word.
  6. Click File on the menu bar, and select Setup, General, and Workstation Level to open the Workstation Level Setup window.
  7. Click Word Processor to open the Word Processor Setup window.
  8. Click to check the box next to your version of Word.
  9. Click OK to close the Word Processor Setup window.
  10. Click OK to close the Workstation Level Setup window.
  11. Run the merge again.
