Adding or Creating Quick Tabs without Using the Quick Tab Wizard
You can still create Quick Tabs if the wizard is disabled. If the wizard opens, but you do not want to use it, you can disable it from any of the wizard windows.
Take the following steps to add a Quick Tab without using the Quick Tab wizard:
Open a record list.
NOTE: If you do not know how to open a record list, contact Customer Support.
Click Options on the toolbar to open the User List Options window.
Click the Quick Tabs/Quick Menu tab.
Click Add to open the Edit User Level Quick Tab window.
NOTE: With the wizard enabled, clicking Add opens the New User Level [Record Type] Quick Tab - Introduction window. To disable the wizard from this window, click to check the Do not use this wizard again box, and click Cancel to open the Quick Tab Wizard window. Click No to disable the wizard and close the Quick Tab Wizard window. Click Add again to open the Edit User Level Quick Tab window.
Enter a name for the Quick Tab in the Name field on the General tab.
