Following Records Do Not Follow to the Next Calendar Day

The following solution only applies to Time Matters® Enterprise edition. If you use Time Matters Professional edition, use these steps.

Take the following steps to reindex your database:

  1. Verify that all other users close the Time Matters software.
  2. Create a backup of your database.
  3. Click File on the menu bar and select Utilities, and Database Maintenance to open the Database Maintenance window.
  4. Click to uncheck all of the following items:
    • Re-index Main Database
    • Update Related Records Index
    • Update Additional Sort Field Index
    • Update Synchronization Database
    • Update Calculated Fields
    • Backup Data before running Database Maintenance
  5. Click OK to start the Database Maintenance.
  6. Click OK when you receive the Database Maintenance Complete message.
  7. Close and re-launch the Time Matters software.
