Following Records Do Not Follow to the Next Calendar Day
The AGING table is corrupt.
The following solution only applies to Time Matters® Enterprise edition. If you use Time Matters Professional edition, use these steps.
Take the following steps to reindex your database:
- Verify that all other users close the Time Matters software.
- Create a backup of your database.
- Click File on the menu bar and select Utilities, and Database Maintenance to open the Database Maintenance window.
- Click to uncheck all of the following items:
- Re-index Main Database
- Update Related Records Index
- Update Additional Sort Field Index
- Update Synchronization Database
- Update Calculated Fields
- Backup Data before running Database Maintenance
- Click OK to start the Database Maintenance.
- Click OK when you receive the Database Maintenance Complete message.
- Close and re-launch the Time Matters software.
